Next Rock LLC is Real Estate Investment Firm that specializes in vacant land. Simply put, we buy and sell vacant land. We are a group of Real Estate Investors that target certain areas for acquisition.  We make purchases for builders and developers in
targeted areas, as well as for clients that ask us to locate properties in certain locations (many times vacation and resort areas).

In addition, we have portfolios of properties we hold for investment potential.  As a result of these acquisitions, we often have properties that no longer fit our investment portfolios, or our clients opted to not purchase.  We offer these properties for sale to the savvy land buyer.  We had already decided that these parcels were not part of our future plans, and have offered them at discounted rates.  Our goal is to move them quickly.

We buy properties all over the US. We identify target properties that we feel offer good value. We use many systems to identify target properties; County GIS sites, US Census data, County growth plans, Real Estate databases, and other third-party tools.
We then contact property owners through various marketing methods; phone calls, direct mail, advertising and other means. We make cash offers in writing; just sign and return. We pay the closing costs, back taxes and fees.
